Orange Instruments offer a custom manufacturing and
subcontract control system design capability. The company has assembled
a specialist team of software programmers, highly competent in coding
and integrating most PLC packages. A complementary electronic hardware
department and many years of pipe work expertise add to the highly
capable resource, available to customers requiring specialist or
subcontracted design and manufacture.

MANUFACTURING |
Orange Instruments have experience in designing moulded
tanks used within portable processing equipment, housed within a bespoke
steel frames and then enhanced by smart GRP housing with access
doors.
Orange Instruments have experience in manufacturing to
international standards. The company is flexible in its approach to
customer specified quality requirements. A typical example is the design
and manufacture of a product to TUV approval leading to certification of
a client’s products sold into the US.
This is achieved this through close co-operation with
customers and tight quality-controlled in-house manufacturing.

| PIPE WORK |
| The company’s expertise is primarily with PVC pipe
work. Orange Instruments have designed and machined special
manifold blocks and instrumentation assemblies.
The design and manufacturing teams also have engineers who are
certified with Swagelok.
Orange Instruments design and manufacture pipe work and
mechanical processes for a wide range of industries, including oil
and gas, pharmaceutical, food and drink and the medical sector. |

| SOFTWARE |

Orange Instrument’s PLC software engineers are
highly competent in most controllers available on the market
including Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi and Telemecanique.
In-house Instrument engineers are also familiar with assembler
code PIC, Forth, C++. HMI software application further contributes
to the company’s portfolio of skills.
Orange can also provide software validation where
required. We also can provide one off testing applications
for a range of applications.
Orange Instruments work closely with a range of partnerships to
offer full SCADA solutions for Industrial Automation and also
solutions designed for real time overall equipment effectiveness.
