The EX210 provides a reliable and accurate positioning system for valve actuators in a complete enclosure system suitable for Zone 1 and 2 hazardous environments.

 

The EX210 incorporates well proven together with advanced features to take hydraulic actuator positioning to another level. Infra red communications for setting the parameters, large graphic LCD,  galvanic isolation and fully configurable outputs.

The EX210 is an essential component in the control of electro-hydraulic actuators. This complete packaged instrument switches the solenoids of the actuator such that it moves to the position dictated by an incoming analogue command signal. The actual position of the actuator, measured by a position transducer, is conditioned by the EX210 and re-transmitted back to the central control system as a scaled analogue signal.

 

The positioner is calibrated using the IR900 handheld. Other features include actuator speed control by pulsing the control solenoids, signal break and fault detection with default positioning and hydraulic pump control.
