| EX200

|
The EX200 is an essential component in the control
of electro-hydraulic actuators. This compact instrument switches
the solenoids of the actuator such that it moves to the position
dictated by an incoming analog command signal.
The actual position of the actuator, measured by a position
transducer, is conditioned by the EX200 and re-transmitted back
to the Central Control System as a scaled analog signal.
The
positioner is calibrated by a simple two-step procedure. Other
features include actuator speed control by pulsing the control
solenoids, signal break and fault detection with default
positioning
With the addition of suitable relays or contactors the EX200
can also be used to position reversing AC motors. |

Hart

|
The EX200-HART provides all the functions of the
popular EX200 with the addition of HART Communications
Foundation protocol.
The HART data is superimposed on the retransmitted actual
position signal. In addition to the Universal Command and
selected Common Practice commands, the EX200-HART gives access
to certain Device Specific Commands for configuration and tuning
of the positioner.
A PC based software interface, SW002, has been developed for
factory test and field use.

| IS200

|
The IS200 can control an electro-hydraulic actuator operating within a
Zone 0 Hazardous Area, Gas Group IIC and temperature rating T4.
The instrument has an on-board manual control system and can be
calibrated and configured with the hazard present.
The IS200 provides a compact, lightweight and cost effective solution to
the control of valves in the most difficult environments.
An optional HART version of the IS200 can be specified.

| IRP200 and IR900

|
The IRP200 positioner, when housed in a windowed
Ex'd' enclosure, can provide full local control and
configuration of an electro-hydraulic actuator system within a
Zone 1 hazardous area.
The IRP200 has a two line alphanumeric display and responds
to the operation of the intrinsically safe IR900 keypad via an
infrared link through a window in the Ex'd' enclosure. This link
enables configuration, calibration and tuning of the positioner
whilst operating on a live system.
The IRP200 has a fully isolated retransmitted actual position
signal and comprehensive fault detection and alert systems.
The IR900 keypad is a fully certified handheld unit for
transferring data to the IRP200. |

| GS400

|
The GS400 is DIN 72x72 panel mount instrument for
positioning reversing ac servos.
The instrument can accept potentiometer or current positional
feedback and inputs from the actuator end of travel limits. An
auto-manual station is on the front panel together with a
digital display of actual position in the range 0-100%.
The actuator position is retransmitted as a scaled 4-20mA
signal.

| AP51

|
The AP51 is a compact electric actuator positioner
designed to fit within the actuator housing. The
instrument positions either a DC or AC reversing actuator to a
current or voltage command signal with local positional feedback
from a potentiometer mechanically coupled to the actuator.
Over travel is stopped by end of travel limits. The AP51
provides a scaled actual position output signal of 4-20mA.
Calibration and tuning are achieved by simple on-board
adjustments. |
